Privacy Policy

Daily Plan Dashboard ("the app") is a personal daily planning tool that connects to your ClickUp and Google accounts to bring your tasks and calendar events together into a single Franklin Covey style daily plan. This policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information we access

The app accesses the following information, only after you explicitly connect an account:

  • Google account identity — your name and email address, requested with the openid email scope, used to identify you when you sign in.
  • Google Calendar events — requested with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope, used to read your events for the day and to create or update events when you schedule something from within the app.
  • ClickUp tasks, lists, and spaces — accessed via a ClickUp API token you provide, used to read your tasks and write updates (such as due dates, status, or completion) back to ClickUp.

How we use your information

This data is used exclusively to display and help you organize your own daily plan inside the app. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine learning models.

Data storage, retention, and deletion

Google and ClickUp authentication tokens are encrypted and stored only to make authorized requests to those services on your behalf. Task and event content is not copied into a separate database beyond what is needed to render your daily plan (for example, per-day notes and task groupings you create in the app). You can disconnect either account at any time from the Settings page, which deletes the stored tokens and revokes the app's access. You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page at any time.

Security

All traffic to the app is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Session and OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted, HTTP-only cookies or an encrypted database field and are never exposed to client-side JavaScript or third parties.

Google user data

Daily Plan Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
